A: If your nail polish arrives damaged please email a picture to sales@kaeessnailpolish.com, and a new polish will be sent out immediately.

A: Unfortunately Kaeess Nail Polish doesn't offer refunds or exchanges.

Q: HOW IS MY SHIPPING CALCULATED?

A: Shipping is calculated by weight and location. There isn't a flat shipping rate. The more nail polish you purchase, the more it weighs and the more the shipping will cost.

Q: DO KAEESS NAIL POLISH SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Kaeess Nail Polish does ship internationally. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on location.

Q: IS KAEESS NAIL POLISH BREATHABLE OR HALAL?

A: Kaeess Nail Polish is not breathable or halal.

Q: How do I remove gel nail polish?

A: First you buff off your top coat and then soak nails in pure acetone for 15 minutes.
